ILR

Hi
I spoke to two different officers in UKBA who said two opinion
1 said Maternity leave will not affect ILR
2 said ML will delay ILR

now what to do??

Just by going your question - ML should not effect ILR

ML doesn't affect ILR.
You might want to get a letter from your employer stating dates you were on ML.
