Spouse visa from Egypt

fox2005eng, he was in the UK when we met over 2 years ago, we got married in june 2010. He only went back so we could get him a spouse visa, was ment to be easy according to our solicitor, but she didnt notice his test centre was no longer on the approved list!!

so 5 months on we are still trying to get everything together to re apply, the wait for the test scores is absolutley ridiculous

sorry for all of that, but I guess if has a degree taught in English u can avoid that stupid test. so I have asked u about what is the degree of ur husband?

he did test at british council, 3 months from start to certificate! when he did test here in uk, it was test on monday certificate by friday

he has no degree, which is why he has to do test

and haven't received any verification call or email or anything.

hows things going? my husbands been here 3 months now, he flew in with nick's hubby. My friend won thier appeal not sure how because he couldn't prove his english exam, but he's been here a month.

I'm sure that you'll get it next time without any problems.

what kind of visa ru applying for ?

anyhow u need to go to this website

http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/ApplyNow.aspx

register, pick application type submit the application online and pay online too

then you go to

https://www.visainfoservices.com/Pages/ ... ement.aspx

use the application ref number and book an appointment.

go to world bridge in egypt/zamalek om kolthom square

and submit ur papers.

Thanks i am applying for my husband settlement visa, i am british citizen
as he is studying in india we applied there but they vfs refused to take the document which is not right as in website for the uk borded agency its allowed for him to do it in the place where he lives, they said cause he is from different country and as he is under student visa he can't apply from there, they told him to go to egypt therefore because we don't want more time to be waisted he will go to egypt inshallah
