tier 1 general dependent question

Hi Guys,

I am applying for tier 1 general with my dependent.
I am not sure what to fill for the following questions on PBS dependent form:

L3 Reference number of the main applicant’s most recent application to us
L4. Date of the main applicant’s most recent application to us

Any help will be highly appreciated!

C'mon, please be little more active and bother searching the forum rather than starting a new thread. I can at least recall responding to the same questions in 5 different threads in last 5 days.

Leave them both blank. They are not mandatory fields.
