PEO application in Croydon appointment

I have an appointment only for me. Can my dependents (two) apply with me however I have no appoint for them

No. You should have booked an appointment while booking yourself. They will need to apply separately unless you can secure another appointment with your dependent.

I know you might be struggling in securing PEO appointment for 3.

Don't worry, keep trying am sure you will get one, if you still have enough time on your visa.
