switching employeer sponsorship

Post by linux44 » Sun Mar 18, 2012 6:31 pm

hi all,
once you get a sponsorship, how easy is it to switch.

if you have switched from post study to sponsored thus did not do the labor test and ..., if you move, do you have to apply for new visa and does your new employeer has to do a labor test and .... or is it a matter of informing home office that you are changing employeer if the salary is approperiate for the job

thanks

if you want to change employer you will need to make a new tier 2 application. Your employer will need to undertake the RLMT unless the job is on the shortage occupation list or you are being paid more than £150,000 per year.

But Question arises what VISA you are in at the minute?
And what VISA you need to apply with change of Employer?
