Good day, could someone please add me to the list of SET 0 applicants, my timeline is as follows:
SET 0
Long residency/ 10 years student
Applied on 25/2 2012
HO Receive app 28/2/2012
Acknowledgement letter receive3/3/2012, dated 29/2/2012
Payment was done by postal order
Waiting over 3 weeks
Thanks in advance
I can't add you to the list, as, if I'm not mistaken, this is the list of people applying for ILR but excl. 10/14 years. There is a different waiting list created for the ILR applications, long residency category. The reason might be that the waiting time differs from group to group and then the topic stops being useful as it doesn't give the accurate information. Sorry for that.

You have been waiting for the last almost 6 Months ???????? UUUUUUFFFFFFFFFF
I agree that it feels like we're being punished. We don't have to fill half as many pages of the application as a regular Set[O] applicant, and don't have as much evidence to provide. How can ours take longer? And yes the home office go by calendar months (as they told me when I called) so April 14th would be your cut-off date.mustang390 wrote:onlyifiknew wrote:we seem to be bearing the brunt for having the court smacking the HO!

You are right, this should be a good week for people in Set (O) JR group,
I sent an email to ukba in 12:40 today and received reply from the case worker within 30 mins, he said "Further to your below request, I have looked into your application and you should receive the decision made on your application in the next 10 days"
So most people in the top of JR group should get good news within 2 weeks.

Wonderful news !!!! Could you share the UKBA email address you have sent it to?
