Guys,

I have a PEO Croydon appointment on the 28th and filing up my form as we speak.

The form that I printed a few days ago is different from one on the site now.

Here is the form on the website now

I would agree with vinny. I have also noticed that sometimes they don’t change the form version but still make minor amendments to it.

Just use the latest version and try to make the comparisson page wise that what's change in the new form.

I am also using the same (correct as per version number) - I have quickly gone through the forms and can't notice any differences and form versions are same .

Can you please point me towards the changes

Hi,
The difference is in section 6.2, 6.7 question was printed below 6.2 table on previous version by mistake and they have removed it now.

is there any other difference?

There is still a mistake in current form. On page 24, it should say go to section 10 – Biometrics instead of Documents.

Once you have completed section 10 - Documents, you then need to complete Section 11 which is actually Biometrics.
