Applied for ILR through the Liverpool settlement checking service:

Applied for ILR on 27 February 2012
Money taken on 28 February
Aknowledged by letter on 1 March

Applied 4th December 2011
Account debited 6th December 2011
Letter confirming application recieved 7th December 2011.
Still waiting and very frustrated.

We feel trapped as we can't make plans to travel, and worried about complaining. I can not believe that it has taken so long to process our application.

I have drafted a email to the UKBA CEO and Theresa May and will email both if we have not heard by the end of this month.

Letter received on 30th Nov 2011.

It is almost 4 months now and still waiting. Even though it was a straight forward case i.e Judicial Review HSMP.

When did you send an email UKBA CEO and Theresa May , can I have an email address please? Did you get any reply from them?

i seen your post
actually my application in same time but in my story one thing is differ ant

i apply on 21st Feb 2012 Set M form 04/2011
acknowledgement and fee taken in same week
but in 9th March 2012 received another letter with new Set m form 02/2012 the form i use before that was out o date ,
now i complete and sent it back the envelope provided by them.

i am waiting from that time
