Assamualaikum, for thoes of u who remember okara87...she is on the forum..she went to court and the judge said we'r gona giv her hubby the visa..

she is STILL WAITING for the call letter...since January (Cnt remeber the exact date)...

can any1 advice wht she can do..?..

ReAding post it seems like bhc in Islamabad authenticate documents from Pakistan all my documents r uk based nikha marriage certificate does that mean they have nufin to check or will they verify my documents.u

Guys nO1 in Dubai or Islamabad will give u a response about ur visa whthr u cal erm or email erm before the 60 working days so guys JST wait for ur 60 working days inshallah we
should hear by next week.. :)

Yeah but hena sis theses two people on here who applied in march and hasn't received anything yet.its lyca taking forever. Has anyone had verification calls to their employs and that? I heard that they don't doubt anymore. Pls reply back. My mates solicitor go that they can't keep more longer than three months. I dunno if its true

I had my spouse hearing on 10th Jan and received the determination on 13th Jan but STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL LETTER.
INSHALLAH soon it will come.

she needs to mail the determination copy to islamabad alng with her husband's details.

My boarding passes and embankment card, emirates ticket
Photocopy of entry and exit when I visited my husband
Lyca mobile calls history
Skype history
Yahoo history
Police letter and action plan
Husbands bulats English test results
Tb certificate
1 year wage slips
Employers letter
P60 for 2011
Photocopy of every single document including pictures
Medical cards
Council accommodation letter
Nikha certificate
English marriage certificate

This means I have 1 copy and one original both will be submitted together

My main concern is some off the documents show miss and some mrs does that make any difference I haven't changed my name yet will that make any difference husband going 2morrow any last minute changes needed pls advise.

No, it doesn't make any difference; they already know that you are married.
After taking Advice; remember Everyone's application, and thus supporting documents, will be different depending on personal circumstances.

shatif..no need for photocopy..u only submit originals..
but yes giv 1 copy to ur huby to kep at home jus in case...and keep 1 copy for urself..:)

My hubby got a call and an email today n he GOT HIS CALL LETTER..!!!
Alhamdulillah.. They overturned the decision eventually...!
Now just waiting for his tb certificate...!!

Yeh we appealed on 20 October, deadline given was 8 march, then court date of 12 June but they overturned it...!!! Xxx

Good luk 2 everyone else with theIr applications..! X
