Earning 8 or 12 month period: Sum of 8 months or Annual?

Post by gulgon » Sat Nov 11, 2006 4:55 pm

For those with 12 m HSMP visa to extend, it says earning for 8 month period will be scored. This is a very vague expression.

Are they going to score the annual salary of your job(s) that you might have started a few months ago

or

are they scoring by adding the earnings made each month in the last 8 months?

Which one??

BY THE WAY:

- I HATE THE UK NOW DUE TO THESE CHANGES; THEY PLAYED WITH MY LIFE. I CAME HERE LEAVING A GREAT JOB IN IRELAND, BY CONSIDERING THE HSMP RULES OF THAT TIME AND NOW I AM BETRAYED.

- I REMEMBER ONE THING FROM A LAW COURSE AT THE UNI : JUDICIAL LAWS CANNOT BE RETROSPECTIVE. SO THESE HSMP CHANGES ARE CLEARLY ILLEGAL.
