hi,

I am filling up the form for my 3 months old baby.

1. What do i put it for Mother family name? (should i put my wife's father name or my name) - My wife has my name on the observation page of her passport

2. Part 5 - Employment and Finances

Please note: Children under the age of 18 should enter their parents details.

Since my child is under 18, do i need to put in my (father) details or mother's (wife) details?

even on part 7 it askes for sponser details which would be myself

I am working in the UK and my wife is housewife in Inda

also i have 1 more thing as well:

do you have any valid passport ? ( i have two passports new and old one) - so should i press yes for this one ?

mother family name>>>>whatever is on mothers valid/current passport
{mothers maiden name would be mothers' father's name...}
employment......>put uk employment details ( since only u r employeed)
.....any valid passport>>>>whoz babyz or mums or dadz.......baby must have a valid passport to get visa stampped on......if dad then yes if he has a valid passport.......
what abt mum status/visa!!!!
was ur baby born outside uk?

just wondering the second question -

This question comes under your sponser - passport details (part 7)

it says do you have any other valid passport (i have my old passport - so should i enter the details of the old passport also - but i thought since this is expired would i have to enter the details?)

any oher valid passport >>>NO { unless u have passport from other countries as well......expired passports do not count}
