Reg Cohab documents

Dear Friends,

I need to apply for ILR ( current Tier 1G) in May , just wanna know regardinh cohab docs for my wife

1.)In case I plan to provide bank statements and salary slips for my wife - Should these be of complete 24 months OR 1-2 salary slip/bank statement for each year would work.

Will the below docs should be OK as cohab docs:

1.) Council tax bill
2.) Rent agreement
3.) Bank statements

In case of council tax ...council is unable to provide 2010/11 bill due to change in there system hence they don have old bills BUT are happy to provide letter which says my name and wife's name have ben on this property since .......and records are up to date .

Will the above letter should work for 2010/11?


Please advise and help me .
