Entry in UK before Expiry of Visa

Post by roomanalisyed » Sun Apr 01, 2012 11:31 pm

Hello Friends,
My questions is:

My Tier-1 visa expiry is in Mid Aug 2012, and my contract job just got over, i wants to know can I travel to India and come back around may/June or there is any rule by UKBA that a person can only enter in UK if he has a valid of, say, 3 months / 1 month ?
If my doubt is right I will prefer to stay here otherwise I'll go to India and have some time with my parent/family and come back later on.
Please advice, or let me know if my description of my question doesn't make any sense. Please if you could refer to any UKBA URL about this policy, would be of great help.
Thanks,
Syed

You will face no problem entering the UK if your visa is valid.
