waiting Biometric Letter

Hello,

Applied for Tier 2 General Dependent Visa for my baby which sent on 12th March 2012. But I am still waiting for Biometrics Letter or any acknowledgment letter.

However, I remember I did ask UKBA about whether my baby need Biometrics letter as he is only 3 months old baby and they said baby have no need to have it but only provide photo which I did.

This is the 3rd Week and I wonder what is happening?

How long Do I have to wait ...Please advise???
