Acknowledgement letter

Hi there,
I have applied for my sons naturalisation on 26th of march 2012 and application fee cleared on 29th of march 2012 still not received the acknowledgement letter. What could be the reason.

If you look at the timelines on here you will see its not uncommon to receive acknowledgement up to a week after payment.

I had applied on 16th feb and fees got deducted on 27th feb but not yet received Acknowledgement letter. Can anyone please suggest.

You ideally should have gotten it by now. i applied a day after you and got mine on the 2nd March (dated 28th feb). others who applied around the same time as me (chk the timelines) seem to have gotten theirs too.

No worries, as long as they have deducted payment then you can be sure your application is being dealt with. However for records purposes, phone them up and say you still haven't received your ackn letter and they should post it out to you. also don't forget to ask for your reference number from them.....BTW have you changed addresses?
