Hi,
I wish to file for my HSMP extension in couple of days, just wanted to know whether I can claim 30 points again for Bachelor degree as UKBA policy guidance document states that wont award points for bachelor degree if the entry clearance was under the rules place between Mar'09-April'10.
Please help, has anyone got the points for similar case. My immigration advisor says he will mange to get 30 points for me, confused, pls help
