complaint about visa processing

i made complaint to UKBA regarding about my Tier 1 entrepreneur visa application, which i applied in Sep 2011, coz they took long time,
any one have any idea, how its work?

Do you have your leave now or you are still waiting? Where was the application made; inside or outside the UK?
