UK Tier 2 (Employer Sponsored) appeal processing time

Hi,

I was refused by ukba last month for tier 2 (Employer Sponsored) visa due to wrong working hour set by company . and i applied for appeal on 10th march 2012. my appeal fee has been deducted but did not get any letter.

could you please tell me about:

1. do they send any letter of confirmation for appeal received?

2. how long will it take to complete the appeal process

3. what are be the steps involved in appeal processing from start to end.

Hi nazmul95,

I'm in similar situation and my tier 2 visa was refused due to minimum salary in my CoS was based on 40hrs per week instead of 37.5 hrs per week set out by UKBA. I just submitted appeal form last week and am waiting for decision.

Did you receive the decision yet ? how did your appeal process goes ?
