Any fees for spouse of Irish Citizen 4 Irish Visa Stamping?

Is there any fees for stamping Irish Visa for the spouse of an Irish citizen? If No, what documents need to be presented to prove this? Do the spouse need to be physically present in the Visa Office?

Appreciate any help in this regard.
