Parking Charge Notice (PCN)

Post by irfanb00 » Sun Apr 08, 2012 6:01 pm

Dear All,

I am in a process to apply for me ILR in July. My question is that last November I was issued a Parking charge notice and my car was towed away. I paid the charges immediately as I had to release my car. I further appealed for the charges but was rejected.

Is this considered as a criminal offence and if so should I disclose it on my form?

Your reply is greatly appreciated.

Thanks & regards
Irfan

No I did not go to the court. I appealed through the independant adjudicator.

Thanks for the reply.

The form does say in the bracket to include traffic offenses.
