Query about SET M filing form...

Post by Sohail4peace » Mon Apr 09, 2012 12:43 pm

Hi everyone !!

I am in the process of filing out SET M form for ILR appointment due shortly.

In section 8 they says : Is your partner ( UK National ) working in UK question mark.

My partner (wife she is uk national ) is on maternity leave ( situatry paid maternity leave) untill october 2012.

What should I choose yes or no. Pls reply.

Thanks in advance

you should write YES! if they should check they will see that monies are still being paid to her for her statutory maternity. But the answer is yes.

Good luck
