Tier1 General Dependent

Hello All,

I got Tier 1 General before March 2010 for 3 years. I have a 1 year old now want to apply for his visa, He was born in the UK.

my questions

1) What fee would I need to pay for my son application (1 dependent application) - In country.
2) Biometrics required?
3) How much Maintenance funds required?

That's because you did not read it thoroughly ; how could you take in all of that important and vital information from time of my posting to you asking this new question? It's not possible! If you don't read the guidance you will likely fail the application. I think you are lazy.

From the link, the fee is on page 2 of the application form and the maintenance is on para 47 of the guidance.

I think, I need to be nice to you because you are helping me.

I am not lazy, answer to my questions are very simple

1) £561
2) Yes biometrics required
3) £533

Now, if you could confirm the above? I don't think it requires links to application form.

If you had read the application form you would have seen that children under six don't provide biometrics. You're right on the other points.

I'm not trying to be arrogant or difficult; any information shared on this forum should not be a substitute for comprehensively reading the application and guidance (although I fear for some people it is exactly that). This is for your personal benefit and security so it's said with your interests in mind.

Wp1234,

To be fair, I don't think Lucapooka is difficult as he is always really helpful on this forum. I believe the point he is trying to stress is that people should ask questions when they are unclear about things after doing thorough research and not the other way round.

If you have a look at a lot of posts on the forum, you will see that some people who ask questions have never taken the time to read the guidance or other relevant documentation and just want to be spoon fed which is not the way this forum should work.

If you are in the same situation then all of the answers you require are already contained in this thread. Asking what you should do now is not appropriate as that is a matter of your choice.

But, I could not be 100 percent confident for not to apply visa for uk born baby.
