Instead of engaging, why don't we just ignore people who rave and rant? Ignoring a nuisance is a deterrence in the long run.

This person will keep re-inventing themselves.........The best thing is to just avoid/ignore the posts by him/her but the thread gets many irrelevant posts which is also irritating! I have asked if its possible to block the IP address, is it possible?

Ignoring can work for us long time members, but for newbies, angelcountry (or whatever alias they are using) may give out false information, therefore incorrectly advising and causing unnecessary confusion and hardship for members.

I think we should just continue to message the moderators with their new alias when we see them, and they will ban them.
