The maintenance funds depends on how long 'You', as the main applicant have been in the UK.
If 'You', as the main applicant have been here for over 12 months then you need to maintain 600. But if 'You'(again as the main applicant) have been here for less than 12 months then you would need to show 1800
(Sorry for repeating the 'You', as the main applicant, again and again. I just wanted it to be more clear for understanding purpose.)
