Urgent Please Answer - ILR for UK born baby

Post by lucky1234 » Tue Apr 10, 2012 10:03 pm

Hi All,

I have ILR appointment next week. I am little confuse whether to include my british born child (Three months old) on my application or not. I am applying ILR along with my wife.

I have read on different forums that they can be skipped and apply naturalisation later on but is this legal?

She will be with us on appointment, wont they ask this question?

Iwill highly appreciate your quick response.

Thanks
