I think perhaps you perhaps misunderstood sending your passport with your initial application and asking for it back.silontong wrote:based on information in this forum, i need my passport for travelling as i travel a lot.EUsmileWEallsmile wrote:What made you think you could apply without sending your passport?

I see where you got your information. Let others learn from your experience. You need to submit the passport with the application. You can ask for the passport back immediately to allow you to travel.silontong wrote:perhaps, but i refer from this link.EUsmileWEallsmile wrote:I think perhaps you perhaps misunderstood sending your passport with your initial application and asking for it back.silontong wrote:based on information in this forum, i need my passport for travelling as i travel a lot.EUsmileWEallsmile wrote:What made you think you could apply without sending your passport?

Hello mate.spike_UK wrote:Hi cutepearl,
Congratulations mate, so in your words the time before marriage still counts toward 5 years PR as long as you lived together in a durable relation(doesn't matter what visa you was holding at that time) and your spouse was exercising the treaty right.
No more talking about 2 years cohabit before a durable relationship?
Am I right?,,,,,,,it is a good news from you.
Thanks for respond.
