Have they encashed your postal orders yet? I am in the same situation, I've applied on 22nd. They recieved the application on the 23rd and got some called JENKINS' sign on the royal mail proof of delivery. But as of yet they haven't encahsed the postal order. This is seriously frustrating.

Let me know if you get any further update.

Just wanted to know if anybody who had given their biometrics after 12th March has got any updates regarding their PSW.
I have given my biometrics on 16th March and yet to hear about my Visa.

Visa docs and biometric scan at VFS office in Bangalore, India on 19th March 2012.
Received my passport with the visa stamped and all the douments on 5th April 2012.

Is there anyone who has applied for PSW visa on 26th January 2012 and given their Biometric on 13th march and still Waiting for the return of documents?

I have given my biometrics on 13th march and I'm still waiting for my documents...

BRP card received tday by courier, 1 day after approval letter.
Good luck to all those still waiting.
And if you are wondering you get 2 years from the day they approve your application.

I did my biometric on the 5th of March, still nothing. Does anyone know of a situation similar to this? I don't think its a good sign if an application has been outstanding for this long. Can anyone give me any sort of indication of what could be wrong? Not knowing is just very horrible.

Received visa today 14 April 2012
Visa valid from 1 may 2012 tp 1 may 2014

yes it is bad while you are waiting for so long and everyone is getting. Please call the UKBA to ask aout your application status.

I also called UKBA about my application status, however they said that they can't give any information about it. It has been more than 2 months since I applied.

The ukba doesn't give any information. Golekipro: when you say bad do you mean you think something is wrong with my application? I did everything right, at least to the best of my knowledge. Placebo how are you holding up? I'm slightly consoled that I can share my experience with someone. I've almost given up, it's just very frustrating when I can get no info.

Akk1441 thanks for sharing your own experience. I guess that means you got your documents 7 weeks after your biometric enrolment? I sometimes wonder if delay means a refusal or a problem with the application. Thanks for your words of encouragement, I really need them now.

To be specific .. I recd my documents on 31st march and brp on 4th april ...
i had sent a return envelop ... so got the documents in less time ..
