What F/X rates do the HSMP team use???

What F/X rates do the HSMP team use???

Just wondering if anyone knows how the HSMP team converts foreign earnings. Do they use the spot rate on the date of the application? The average exchange rate over the 12 months of earnings? A conservative fixed rate that is updated from time to time? My application is very borderline using spot CAD/GBP but no problem using an annual average...any info would be useful. Thanks.

rate as per xe.com on the date of last payslip was issued. thats what i studied in the caseworkers manual.

I think they use oanda..
