PEO Croydon - Bad experience & No result

I had a Tier 1 visa extension appointment (same day premium service) on 11 April in PEO Croydon. I have submitted my application and my biometric was done and then after 3 hrs case worker called me and she verified all the documents and she asked me to wait. After two hours she called me and told there is a problem in their system hence can’t provide the result today.

She told me that we will call you once decision is ready or post my passport and document’s with visa decision letter.

While writing the mobile number I have given the wrong number in the acknowledgement paper.. instead of 7549 I noted 7459. But I have given the right number in form and covering letter.
Is there any way to change the contact number…

Is there any other way to contact Croydon PEO office please..
Could you please suggest when I can expect the result.

nothing to worry about. case worker will most likely look up your phone number in the form or letter. or simply post the docs without bothering to call

similar cases have got results in 2 days to 2 weeks+, nobody can predict accurately. check last two weeks' PEO experiences in this forum for similar experiences

exactly same thing happened with me on 10th april. why they charge 1800 if their it system is so primitive that everyday it goes down.
and the guy with me on 10th told me that same thing happend with him on 4th and 5th april.
so i think its all crap and they are just making excuse to delay the results and charge high fees.

basu I was in a similiar situation as yours, went to cardiff PEO yesterday and they said they cannot process my application, but luckily got the call from my caseworker today and collected all my document.. so hopefully you will also hear very soon

I will cal it a scam done by UKBA.

If they can not make decision same day then they need to refund extra 300 they have charged.

Can you please tell me how to withdraw the application since I have to go home... thats only reason I gone for Same day service... but bad luck...

Finally I have received my approval letter today (20-04-12) from Croydon PEO office.

Waiting for BRP card.
