My timeline is below and i was wondering, what happens if i change my address? cos i will be moving houses in june, will it by any chance change the time required to get my rc?. Like would i have to send in a fresh application?.

Thanks

Simply inform HO of your New address, it doesn't affect the out come of your Application.

Yeah thats what i mean
us december applicants were unlucky because it was a bad time to apply

thats why i consider that i sent my application on the 1st of Jan

Still been 4 months so it is frustrating, but I honestly hope we get it by mid april

Hi zubby007 and all guys, I can see you are frustrated been waiting for your RC but just to let you know for back back on 2009 after my application was submitted for RC I had my COA with in 3 weeks(live and work free in UK) but took 8 months to get my RC,,, I know that time lines are changed now but try to be patient ;)
All the best.
Applied for EEA4 on 24/02/2012.
HO received on 27/02/2012.
Refusal received on 16/08/2012 dated 11/08/2012
At the court, the HO REP withdrawn the decision and asked me to send the DOC for the time before marriage.
PR dated 05/03/2013

Normally if you applied as married partner of EEA your COA normally gives you right to work and so on.

no more than 6 months from the day you send your application, but if you ask about your passport after 3 months mark you could have it back with RC

Yes you're right I got my passport back without RC and i'm planning to resend it back coz I don't want to go through another stress after then issuing it in A4 paper.
