HSMP visa will not be there if wpork permit is taken..?

HSMP visa will not be there if wpork permit is taken..?

I am having HSMP visa ....if i take work permit visa from my indian company to travel to UK as they are not willing to send through my current visa ...
Is my HSMP visa will be lost......(or ) if my WP is rejected does still my HSMP visa is valid.....please suggest..?

you cannot have HSMP & a separate work permit sponsored by your company running at the same time

getting a work permit will most probably invalidate your current HSMP citing change of circumstances

UKBA may have its own reservations in allowing a HSMP work permit holder to use it as a Tier 2 ICT visa or something similar

do you mean you have an HSMP visa or a tier 1 general visa? And by work permit can we assume you are referring to Tier 2?
