Code of Practice for ILR (SET O)

Post by hpat » Tue Apr 17, 2012 9:44 am

I have one query regarding my situation for ILR.
I have been on workpermit for first 2 years and then on Tier1 for 3 years and now i 'll qualify soon for ILR.
Do I still need to qulify under code of practice or it'sll be based on Tier1 as the recent visa is Tier1?

Thanks

Hi

It'll be based on your Tier 1 you dont need COP for your ILR application.

But just to be on safe side try to arrange the employer letter for the past 2 years of your WP.

Please do kindly share your PEO experience on the forum.

Good luck for your ILR.

it would be based on Tier1. you may need a letter from your previous employer (if different) saying you were on work permit working for them (no need to have SOC code etc... just a letter from then with joined date, leave date, and WP info)

Thanks for your responce.
I am working in the same company so getting letter won't be an issue.
I still got some time for ILR. Will share my experience once done.

Thanks

then one ILR support letter with WP info should be fine.
