After Getting tier 1 entrepreneur visa

Hi,

I dont think, any company can sponsor me as only 3-4 months left on my PSW visa and really hard to find sponsored company.
I'm gonna apply for tier 1 entrepreneur from Tier 1 PSW visa as there is certain requirements you'll have to follow them.

Now,

Suppose, you've got tier 1 entrepreneur visa then you dont do investment in the UK, just applying to stay in the country on that visa. my questions is :

[1] Do I have to spend (Compulsory) all 50k in the UK.
[2] Can I take all money out from my business account once got tier 1 entrepreneur.
[3] Can I work as self employed with any company on contract.

Basically, I want to get tier 1 entrepreneur visa and stay in the country then probably I'll use my 3rd point as described above.

2, No, not if want to extend or apply for ILR on the basis of that leave

As I mentioned 3rd point. I'm doing an IT and you think, I can't work on contract with any companies. Registered as self employed with own company name. I'm not worried 1st and 2nd point at the moment.

According to UKBA rules as far as you set-up your own IT Business, you can work for your own business. So it is possible to work self employed with other companies for your own business.
