PLEASE , need advice spouse visa and third sponsor

hello ,

please, some one can give me advice . i am going to apply for spouse visa but my wife not working . we been married since 2 years

cos she has 3 and half years old son and pregnant . her sister going to be third sponsor for me just financially

and i will stay at my wife flat but she claiming house benefits and i have savings from my business at my home country if i could get job offer we can apply for spouse visa or not .

I have put my situation , i dunno if i can apply for spouse visa and my wife still claiming house benefits i meant it ll be hitch in application ?

If her sister is genuinely going to support you then it should be fine and she can afford it. But it's going to get looked at closely.

Depends on your situation. If you provide all that they ask for on the application it's easy.

If she is a British citizen, then yes she can carry on claiming benefits in her own right, but whether that will be useful to your application is debatable

its bad time we spend separate .
