Good work.

I think it would be better to create a seperate thread for the timelines. Just name it Pak/Applicants timeline or something.

Otherwise we will have page after page with the timeline quoted. :)

i'll create the threaad and we all could update it together.
so true shade, you do that....

let us know when its done :)

Can anyone help on this:

If someone is a sole director of their own limited company, What documents does he need to show? I guess he is classed as an employee, and getting wage slips. Does he need to show business bank accounts for that company?
Wage slips would definately be need to shown, but what about business bank accounts? I shouldnt think so as he gets a wage/salary and wage slips?

Anyone applied this way?

I also like it to be here,
As it is start it needs more modification /update but within couple of days it will become stable and will not need to repeat that often,
in addition we should not reply to that post which contains list rather we can post as new topic, it will reduce the mess.

All I wanted to say is, if you dont meet all the criteria, DO NOT GIVE UP HOPE. Do not come onto forums and be disheartened, and DO NOT take other peoples advice as FACT. If you feel in your heart you have a genuine case, just explain. Theyre not stupid at the UKBA, they know genuine real cases. If you cant provide what they want, just do your best, explain your situation fully and you will be fine . I just hope I can put some peoples minds at ease. I know how difficult and stressful this situation Could be...

When i got my passports certisfied- the soliciter said that colour copies of passport are not legal to do. Only black and white copies.
Best thing to do is Ask the solicter when you go and certisfy them
Lol every solicitor is different , I got mine done and attested in colour he said it was fine .

Another thing People should also get a letter gril the job centre to prove you don't claim benefits. A solicitor never advised on that, rather somethin silly . Go to the job centre and you will get the document the same day, its not a requirement but proof you don't claim benefits

i applied this way and yes you are classed as an employee of the company so you will definitely need to show wage slips and personal bank statements, i also showed 3 months business bank statements to show that the income of the business was stable and also i got my accountant to write a supporting letter stating that i was the sole director of the company and 100% share holder. i also included my business tax receipt showing the corporation tax that i had paid and my dividend certificate showing the income i received as a director.

hope this helps

Salaams..

I spoke to the people in ABU DHABI on Monday.

They said to me, that majority of the application will be sent back by end of the month. But I will call them next week for an update.

ANYONE CAN EMAIL/RING ETC.. BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS, THEY HAVE 120 DAYS IN WHICH THE PROCESS HAS TO BE COMPLETED.

SO 60 DAYS IS A GUIDELINE, BUT THEY CAN TAKE UPTO 120 DAYS IF THEY WISH. I DONT THINK IT WILL GO THAT FAR FOR ANY OF US TO BE HONEST, BUT HAVE IT IN YOUR MINDS.
