hi

I went for PEO appointment today and case worker informed me that decision cannot be made today as my bank statements needs to go through verification process and will take 5 to 10 days

has any one had this experience ?

Sorry to hear that, hope you will get the Visa approval very soon.

Why do they want to verify the bank statements.

Have you submitted original bank statements?

Did you mention your earnings period end date as 31-mar-2012(was that fine?)

Earnings period was fine.I have submitted the original bank statements taken from the dot matrix printouts for the complete 12 months period.I'm not sure for the reason for verifying bank statements.

I know it is frustrating but if all the documents are in order then it should not be a problem. Hope you get your visa sorted soon

Hi Sali123,

the case worker said CRC system is down at present, hence i could not process it today, will call or post you once the decision is ready...

it very very pathetic, we do not know what type of system they are using...

I attended PEO in Liverpool on 05/04/12 and the CW gave me a letter that my application was valid, but further enquiries will be done.

Good news:
Biometric received on 13/04/2012

Received my documents and approval letter on 14/04/2012.

Dont worry if you have delay, it will come very soon.
