Biometrics for 2nd time visitor

Hi,

I would like to bring my parents under 'Family Visitor' Visa. They already been to here 3 years back and during that time, they given this Biometric data.

Now if they want to apply for visitor visa again, do they need to go to this BIO-METRIC session again?
