anybody's Extension appliation returned?

hi guys,
did anybody applied for HSMP extension on or after 7th of this november?
if so, please can you advise what is happening?
please share your experiences and tell us whether they have returned your file or your payment is deducted and not file not returned.
Please advise, this is highly important as I am listening different versions.
it helps to know what is happening and to take further steps.

Application made on 10th Nov. Fees deducted and application form not returned so far.

Applications made for leave to remain under HSMP during the suspension period will not be returned; they will be accepted as valid and will be considered against the new rules after the suspension period. This means that nobody's leave will expire because of the suspension, provided that they make in-time applications. Migrants in this situation will also be given the chance to submit new evidence to show that they meet the new rules.

So the only chance that application is being returned is that it was submitted with wrong (old) version of application form otherwise they are constantly accepting the applications and piling them up for 5 Dec.
