Biometric At Post Office

Biometric At Post Office

Hi,

We went for Biometric to Post Office around 5+ weeks ago for our newly born baby but still we are waiting for Biometric card.

Aprox how much time we need to wait once the Biometric is done through post office .. Can we call to HM regarding it ?

Have you received all other documents back such as passport etc?

No we have not received any documents, passport back from HM.

HO seems to be dealing with a high volume of applications at present so I am afraid you will have to allow more time for it.
