Applied feb 13th next day delivery
Ackg. : nothing
Money deducted : feb 15th
Biometric letter : march 24th
Biometric done : march 28th
Documents : Waitingggggg
BRP: waitingggggg

Given Biometrics with one dependant on 16th March.
Docs & BRP - Still waiting.

Those who have given their biometrics on or after 14th March & have received their docs/BRP from UKBA please update. Thanks

Yes I do agree that it's our fault to come here and ask for a permission to stay. But the point in here is they didnt offered a free service we paid for it ,why they can't communicate with applicant ? Either refusal or approval!

Request to all others applicants please share your status of application so that it could help at least to some extent.

hi its still long way to go because ukba website still says ther are currently considering those application where applicant have attended biometric on and before 12th march since 10 days

No Ack. letter received
Biometric appointment done in Cardiff on the 16th of March, 2012
BRP and documents still waiting.

Its almost three months now. We all missed many things back home. Lets hang in there and keep waiting.

Documents received on: 14th April
BRP received on 16the April could not receive it so rescheduled

Congrats, I had applied on the same day as you..26th of Jan. however, i did my biometric on the 16th of March and i am still waiting for my documents and BRP..hope its not that far now till i get those and go home

looks like UKBA has gone into hibernation mode. anyone given biometrics after 13th march and got their documents back please do update the forum and good luck for all those who are waiting.

Perhaps they are restructuring because of closing down the PSW department? But Tier 1 still exists. Hmmm

Hey guys. I've recieved my Docs. They come with a letter from the Home Office stating that the application has been approved and that the BRP will arrive in 7 working days! Thats enough for me to start looking for a job though..

My dates again are...

App sent: 26/01
Finger prints done: 15/03 [@ clapham]
Docs recieved: 20/04 [dated 19]

So dont trust the dates from the website..

In conclusion.. look for something to do while you wait 3 months after sending the app and stop worrying about it since thats the time you will have to wait.

@Pipemoronv - Thats great news. Congrats. Could you kindly confirm when you had given your biometrics since in one ur earlier posts(please see below) you had said that you did ur biometrics on 14th March. Thanks

Thanks for sharing, lovely to know that they are processing applications on 15th of March as well. So happy for you, I did mine on 16th of March, seems i dont have to wait to much now.

his dates as follows and he would like to share as well

Application submitted: 25 Jan
Finger prints done in Cardiff on 15th March
Documents and passport: 21 April and the were sent on 17th April
BRP Waiting

Be sharp, they are processing all applications on 13, 14, 15, and 16th of March now

When I checked just yesterday, the website actually said it was considering applications where biometrics were given on or before 3rd march!! And I checked twice or thrice in the day and it said the same thing.. SO yeah, they are having issues with the system and i wouldnt rely on the dates being posted out there.!

I was in agony until this morning. For all those waiting, as long as you believe your application was in order, its just a matter of time. You will all get yours. Keep calm and carry on.

I have been following the website for sometime and it says March 12 not March 3 which has been same for almost 2 weeks.
