Hi All,

I am an IT contractor and a director of a limited company and 50% shareholder . Below are the documents I am planning to take along with my SET(0) form. I have 2 dependents . My wife is also working. I believ I donot have to carry any of her employment related documents. It would be really helpful if you can please have a look and let me know if I have missed out any significant document ? Thanks in advance

Passports(main,and dependents including old passports)
Personal Savings account Bank Statements for 12 month Period
Personal Current account Bank Statements for 12 month Period
Business Current account Bank Statements for 12 month Period
Payslips for 12 month Period
Dividend Vouchers for 12 month Period
Letter from Accountant confirming salary, dividend and tax credit if any.(What is to be shown as tax credit?)
Initial HSMP approval letter
New Company Registration Letter from HMRC
Postal Letters to prove cohabitance for 2 years
Address Proof for both - last 2 years
Marriage Certificate
Child's Birth Certificate
NI Card
Absence Proof (tickets/boarding pass and Passport stamps) (No significant absence - is this proof required)
Proof of tax payment - Employment History from HMRC instead of P60
Invoices for last 12 months
Life in the UK pass certificate of main applicant
Life in the UK pass certificate of dependent
Driving License - 2 parts
Photographs with name etc written
Cover letter

i took exactly same doc and they took my bank statement, payslips, hr letter,
they didn't bother to take
my son's birth certi, marriage cert, e-tickets, etc
