UKBA too busy to update the processing timelines

It looks like some people who gave biometrics on 21st and 23rd March have received their Docs and BRPs... It can't be just an isolated case... Perhaps, the UKBA is too busy dealing with our applications that they dont have time to update their processing timelines date on their website. See evidence below.

Second person got fast tracked by support from his company. Anyway, that applicant is american and look like UKBA is very keen to help only americans otherwise they fear that Immigration minister may be taken to US for facing american justice for mentally torturing Americans.
