hello ,
please, some one can give me advice . i am going to apply for spouse visa but my wife not working . we been married since 2 years
cos she has 3 and half years old son and pregnant . her sister going to be third sponsor for me just financially
and i will stay at my wife flat but she claiming house benefits and i have savings from my business at my home country if i could get job offer we can apply for spouse visa or not .

If her sister is genuinely going to support you then it should be fine and she can afford it. But it's going to get looked at closely.

If she is a British citizen, then yes she can carry on claiming benefits in her own right, but whether that will be useful to your application is debatable

Have you lived with your sponsor in a relationship like a marriage or civil
partnership at any time (including since a wedding or civil partnership ceremony)?
my wife just visited me 3 times for 3 weeks every time .
