Early 2nd Extension Tier1

Hi,

I am 97 days short to qualify ILR under Tier1 general category because of late entering to UK. I'll be eligible to qualify for ILR on 7th April 2013. So for this I need to go for 2nd extension with my dependent to cover that missing 97 days. My Question is Can I apply my 2nd extension a quite early say 6 months before my current visa expire ? My current visa is valid till January2013.

While making online appointment I am relieving below error "
We can not complete your appointment booking. This is due to a technical problem. Please try again later"

Any thought ?

Hi, I am in a similar position to you. Did you manage to apply for your 2nd extension six months before your expiry?
