withdraw an appeal and make a fresh application at the same

Post by Yen » Mon Apr 23, 2012 10:06 pm

Hi all,

I need your help!
my visa got refused on 14th April.
My visa expired on 3rd March.
My sponsor requested a new COS on 16th April
I fixed all the problems and intend to make a fresh application.

I am going to appeal and extend my status by virtual 3c and once I received my new COS and withdraw my appeal and make the fresh application at the same day.
However after I read this document, I'm not sure if it can get me a visa now.
Please check p46
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... iew=Binary

Does a person have 3c? yes then the application is invalid.

Section 3C lapses after appeal is withdrawn.
