All biometric enrolment (providing your fingerprints and facial image) appointments will be cancelled on 23 April. If you have an appointment booked for today you will need to either re-book your appointment or make a postal application.

What the hell

Does this mean that all the PEO appointments today were cancelled and candidate has to rebook another appointment.
and All known that - No one can get another appointment for upcoming few weeks and if Visa expires he/she has to leave and apply from there!!

Announcement says that they would inform using same site when system back to normal and I heard that 24th (today) appointments already cancelled. did anybody manage to submit their application on 23rd?
