I have my visa expired in 23 April 2012. I got the dependent and now she is working in carehome since 1year and c is also pregnant. But on 2nd April she applied for work permit from different employer, I have applied for sat dent visa from my college. So in such case can my dependent claim for the maternity leave with the existing employer,.
Really looking for advice.
