Sometimes I wonder if you're feeling ok, you not been reading the last 3 pages.

I was refused, reason was rubbish as is the case in 99% of the refusals. Will submit appeal in the next few days.

Syma,

What did you opt for? Oral or written appeal?

Oral..first off let's hope it doesn't go to court n gets overturned by the ECM n if does go to court the oral hearing gives the sponsor/representative the chance to be present at the hearing to argue refusal points.
there's a betta chance of the judge overturning the decision this way.

I think updating ones signature is the least of someonez worries when their wife's visa has just been refused. MashAllah u didn't have to experience that but maybe be a lil considerate towards those who still av to wait to be reunited with their better halves.

Hi

Post by z4a » Tue Apr 24, 2012 4:23 pm

I'm new on here been following for a couple of weeks now. I am too in process of visa... just been 5wks since I submitted.

I have a question... when your spouse comes into this country they are restricted on travel right? So they cant travel anywhere outside of UK until they get their British passport/UK citizenship right?

What is the end to end British application process procedure and any ideas of timeframes?

A friend of mine needs to know.

Thanks guys

They can travel anywhere given that they obtain the visa for that particular country.
