Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan

Hi all,I've been reading for a while now and thought to post today.

My hubby submitted app on 16/03/2012 and it's been under process since 30/03/2012. I just wanted to know if any body could help me with a query that I have.

When submitting his documents his tb was valid till 18/04/2012. Now that's expired,and I'm worried they might refuse saying his tb was not valid.although it was when he submitted.

I contacted gerrys they Weren't very helpful,I also emailed visaenquiries@fco.gov.uk with the same query and they replied saying please allow 12 weeks for the checks to be completed and application to be returned to ac.

if it was valid at time of submission then ur ok they cant refuse u on cz of that, its only when u get the visa and he has to travel u'd have to get a new tb certificate because he cant travel wdout a valid one:)

so uve already submitted the prood of that in ur app?
hmmmm maybe get ur MP involved if its a really serius situation u neva know they might listen t ur MP and speed up the process. obviusly u'd have to provide evidence of this from the police to ur MP.

I have submitted the paperwork from the police, I really need to get someone to help is it worth getting police to contact them directly or shud I do it.

i think cntacting ur MP is the key here to ur problem.

Just rang my solicitor who said I'm gonna have to struggle on my own also said to contact my mp. Shall I just email the mp wot u guys think.
