Any one here previously emailed and received a informative response?
I would also like to hear from anyone who has phoned the BHC to see if it is worth doing the same and also who to call?
This waiting is difficult ....
email your local mp and explain what your situation is and that you want there help..i did this yesterday...i emailed my mp at 12.03pm and he got a reply from bhc and forwaded it to my email at 2.57pm!!! i couldnt believe it was that quick myself as when us lot email them they take 4-5 days to reply and the reply does not be worth the wait!!
so i would say email your mp and maybe it will help move things quick for you
What did bhc say in the email u received anything personnel, because I'm thinking of going through mp also
hey yes my mp got a much better response than what my husband did when he emailed them.
my mp stressed the fact that my son is growing up without his father and under the family law article 8 he should be here with his family...he then went on and spoke about my anxiety and panic attacks because of all the stress...
they mailed him back saying that they are very sorry for the time it is taking but they do have a 12 weeks processing time, and in cases where there has been a death of a close relative or serious illness they fast track the application. even though this is not the case with Mrs Syed we would like you to re assure her that we are doing everything possible to process her husbands application as soon as possible. Mr and Mrs Syed should hear from us very soon.
i must say that is a better response to what we would of got, so its well worth it getting your mp on there case
